The Flyers still can't get it going... Flyers Postgame 10/5/26

The Flyers' defense couldn't stop Tampa’s high-powered offense, and they lost 4-1.
Brayden Point opened the scoring 17 minutes into the first period, giving Tampa an early 1-0 lead. Tampa would then score 17 seconds later into the 2nd with Pontus Holmberg getting on the board.
Philly would respond with a goal from Tyson Forester 7 minutes into the second to make it 2-1. Tampa would score 2 in the third and dominate the entire game to win 4-1.
It was again a rough night for Dan Vladar, who gave up 4 goals, and his 2nd straight rough performance could solidify Woll as the full-time starter for the moment.
With their record at 0-2-2, Philly has a lot of work to do, winless through 4 games. This team started slow last year, but not in this magnitude. If they don't start to win soon, many will be very concerned. Philly will look to bounce back on Thursday against Ottawa
