  1. Jihaad Campbell:

Campbell only showed a glimpse of what he had in 2025, where he recorded 80 tackles. I think that he's gonna take that next step and move that up to around 100 tackles on the season. Campbell now has a full year under his belt, the linebacker group is up in the open and he could take that #1 spot by storm. Eagles fans have already seen the talent that Campbell has between him being graded as the 4th best coverage linebacker in the league, his incredible physical traits, and his consistency. I expect him to truly show why he was picked in the 1st round and why teams should've drafted him earlier.

    2. Dontayvion Wicks:

Wicks has never had a season with more than 581 receiving yards. Now, entering 2026, he has something he’s never had before: a clear opportunity to prove he can be a major piece of an NFL offense. Wicks is teaming back up with offensive coordinator Sean Mannion, whom he worked with in Green Bay his first two NFL seasons in the league. This could help him ease his way into the Eagles system by giving him a comfortable process that he already has some insight on. With the direction the Eagles are currently in, Makai Lemon didn't look great in preseason

and had some injury problems along the way as well. Wicks is fast, has good hands, and good route running, and I believe that out of the other options for the wr2 position, I think he'll be the one to secure the spot.

    3. Markel Bell:

Bell has looked great so far through camp and preseason. The Eagles drafted Bell in the 3rd round pick 68 out of UMiami. The 6'9 346 pound right tackle is going to be getting some plays in and out of the rotation while learning behind one of the greatest right tackles if not the best right tackle of all time in Lane Johnson. Since Bell is a rookie he has a lot to prove, the talent there is undeniable, and if he shows out which I think he will, he will prove to be the long-term replacement for Johnson following what's probably Johnson's last season.
